Training Objectives

To enable all counselors supporting individuals looking for a new job or undergoing a skills assessment to conduct work on the topic of identifying their skills in group facilitation or individual support.

This training is specifically aimed at:

Counseling professionals, internal HR consultants, companies or firms, career development coaches, career and/or professional integration counselors, and career development counselors.

Specific Prerequisites for Participation in the Training

For practicing the method in a group setting, it is preferable to have proven experience in group facilitation. For individual support, experience conducting interviews will be helpful.

Training Content

12 training modules. A set of documents allows you to apply what is covered during the training. Some modules offer a progressive training sequence. Each step includes a set of exercises to reinforce learning. After completing this workshop, participants will be more comfortable in interviews, professional discussions, and writing their cover letters.
