Training Objectives

This training aims to provide an understanding of the work relationship analysis model and its applications. Learn and deepen your understanding of the key concepts for implementing a Work Life Project, using the information provided by the IVST tool. Learn how to clarify individual work strategies to help clients better define their choices and facilitate career management. This knowledge can be applied, for example, through skills assessments.

This training is specifically aimed at:

Coaching professionals, internal HR consultants, companies or firms, career development coaches, career and/or professional integration advisors, and career development advisors.

Specific prerequisites for participation in the training

Regular experience with career management interviews or professional integration support and an awareness of analyzing an individual situation
