To enable the support professional to identify all the specific characteristics of an interest profile, its strengths and weaknesses.

This training is specifically aimed at:

Support professionals: Internal HR consultants, companies or firms, Career development coaches, Career and/or career counselors, Career development counselors

Training content:

6 training modules: A set of documents allowing you to apply what is covered during the training. Some modules offer progressive training sequences. Each step includes a set of exercises to reinforce learning.
